How to Return a Product

Policies and process for returning a product

Please follow the steps below to return items from your order:

  1. Before requesting a return, please review the return policy in the General Terms and Conditions.
  2. If the product you purchased is a returnable item, fill out the form below to request a return materials authorisation (RMA) number.
  3. Please put the RMA number on the outside of the parcel for the return. Items without an RMA will not be accepted.

Deal with Product Damage

Our merchandise is carefully packed for despatch by our distribution centres, or is pre-packaged by our suppliers in compliance with carrier requirements. However we realise that delivery damage may occur in spite of these precautions.

Please check all shipments when they are delivered for shortages or external signs of damage. If you notice a problem, please inform the driver immediately and contact our customer service team on 044 204 64 64 or by email at verkauf.ch@farnell.com

Answer: Please go to our online return a product request form to request a return materials authorisation (RMA) number You will receive instructions on how to prepare your package for return once you receive the RMA.

Question: What is the time restriction for returning a product?
Answer: The return period for our company is 21 days. This means that product returns must be received by us within 21 days from their dispatch.
Our company will, at its sole discretion, take back any unwanted or incorrectly ordered products that are returned within 21 days. However, a processing fee of at least 20% of the invoice amount or £10 whichever is higher, will be charged.
Question: I submitted an order with an error, how do I amend it?
Answer: If you notice an error on your order once it has been submitted, please call Sales on 044 204 64 64 as soon as possible.
As online orders are processed very quickly, it may not be possible to change your order before it is dispatched. If your order is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible to increase the chances that our team can amend your order before it is dispatched.
