Product Overview
TZMB22-GS08 is a TZM-series small signal zener diode. It is ideal for voltage stabilization.
- Very sharp reverse characteristic, low reverse current level
- Very high stability, low noise
- Zener voltage range from 21.55 to 22.45V (VZ at IZT1, Tamb = 25°C)
- Test current is 5mA (Tamb = 25°C), dynamic resistance is <lt/>55ohm typ (Tamb = 25°C)
- Temperature co efficient of zener voltage range from 0.04 to 0.12%/K (Tamb = 25°C)
- Power dissipation is 500mW (RthJA ≤ 300K/W, Tamb = 25°C)
- Forward voltage is 1.5V max (IF = 200mA, Tamb = 25°C)
- VZ range nominal range from 2.4 to 75V
- Pulse current VZ specification, single circuit configuration
- Junction temperature is 175°C
