AP5002A is a RF analogy signal generator covering RF frequencies from 9KHz to 12, 20 and 26GHz (30GHz settable). A combination of characteristics such as high output power, low phase noise and fast switching speed, along with their very compact size, low weight and low power consumption makes the instrument very well usable in labs and production halls.
