Applications include PC human interface device, mouse (optomechanical, optical, trackball), keyboards, joysticks, gaming, game pads, console keyboards, general purpose, barcode scanners, POS terminal, consumer electronics, toys, remote controls, USB to serial.
- M8C processor speeds up to 24MHz, two 8 × 8 multiply, 32-bit accumulate
- 3.15 to 5.25-V operating voltage, USB 2.0 USB-IF certified. TID# 40000110
- Up to 14-bit incremental and delta sigma analogue-to-digital converters (ADCs)
- 16K flash size, 1KBytes SRAM
- Programmable threshold comparator
- Full-duplex universal asynchronous receiver-transmitter (UART)
- CYFISNP modules to talk to Cypress CYFI™ radio, complex peripherals by combining blocks
- Four unidirectional endpoints, one bidirectional control endpoint
- Dedicated 256-byte buffer, no external crystal required
- 28-pin SSOP package, commercial temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
