Product Overview
ADA4004-4 is a 1.8nV/√Hz precision amplifier. This designed on the high performance iPolar™ process, enabling improvements such as reduced noise and power consumption, increased speed and stability, and smaller footprint size. The small package saves board space, reduces cost, and improves layout flexibility. Applications for this amplifier include high precision controls, PLL filters, high performance precision filters, medical and analytical instrumentation, precision power supply controls, ATE, and data acquisition systems. Application includes precision instrumentation, filter blocks, microphone preamplifiers, industrial control, thermocouples and RTDs, reference buffers.

- Offset voltage is 40μV (typ, VSY = ±5 V, VCM = 0 V, TA = 25°C)
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 111dB (typ, VCM = -3.0 to +3.0V)

- Power supply rejection ratio is 118dB (typ, VSY = ±5V to ±15V)
