SGX-1CO-1000 is a carbon monoxide sensor. Application includes fire detection, residential, air quality.

- 50 ± 20nA/ppm sensitivity, measurement range from 0 to 1000ppm
- Zero current ± 5nA, 2000ppm maximum overload, T90 <lt/> 30s response time
- 2% repeatability, ≤ 0.05ppm lower detectable limit, up to1500ppm linear range
- <lt/>0.5ppm typ resolution (electronics dependent), operating humidity range from 15 to 90% RH (con)
- Pressure range from 0.9 to 1.1atm, <lt/>5% per annum long term drift
- <gt/>7 years in air expected operating life, 5 years warranty
- 0.3mA maximum at 2000ppm, 1.3V maximum o/c voltage, <lt/>1.0A maximum s/c current
