MAX4852ETE+

The MAX4852ETE+ is a dual SPDT analogue switch with over-rail signal handling in 16 pin TQFN package. The device can handle signals greater than supply rail. It has low 9ohm on-resistance at TA = +25°C with low on capacitance which makes it ideal for switching audio and data signals. The MAX4852 has two SPDT switches with no comparators for low 1μA supply current. For over-rail applications, this device offers either pass through or high impedance option. The signal (up to 5.5V) passes through the switch without distortion even when positive supply rail is exceeded.

• Supply voltage range from 2V to 5.5V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• USB 2.0 full speed (12MB) and USB 1.1 signal switching compliant
• 0.1ns differential skew and 135MHz -3dB bandwidth
• Propagation delay of 0.9ns (RS = 39ohm, CL = 50pF) and crosstalk of -95dB (f = 1MHz)
• 1.8V logic compatible and low supply current of 1μA at VCC = 5.5V
• Charge injection of 8pC and off isolation of -80dB at f = 100KHz
• Maximum on-resistance flatness is 3.75ohm at TA = +25°C
• Maximum on-resistance match between channels is 0.4ohm at TA = +25°C
• Off leakage current of ±2nA and on-leakage current of ±2nA at TA = +25°C
