MAX4707EXK+T

The MAX4707EXK+T is a low voltage, 2ohm, SPST, CMOS analogue switch in 5 pin SC-70 package. It is normally open (NO) version switch and provide 2ohm on-resistance (RON) and 0.6ohm (RON) flatness with a +2.7V supply. This device typically consumes only 0.02µA of quiescent current, making it suitable for use in low power and portable applications such as battery operated equipment, audio signal routing, low voltage data acquisition systems, sample and hold circuits, communications circuits and relay replacement.

• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Excellent AC characteristics, 190MHz -3dB bandwidth
• High off-isolation is -67dB at 1MHz
