MAX4525EUB+T

The MAX4525EUB+T is a DPDT low voltage, single supply CMOS analogue switch in 10 pin µMAX package. The on-resistance is 200 ohm with a +5V supply and 500 ohm with a +3V supply. Each switch can handle rail to rail analogue signals. The off leakage current is only 2nA at +25°C or 20nA at +85°C. All digital inputs have 0.8V to 2.4V logic thresholds ensuring TTL/CMOS logic compatibility when using a single +5V supply. Typical applications include battery operated equipment, audio and video signal routing, low voltage data acquisition systems and communications circuits.
