ADR4525WBRZ-R7 is a high precision, low power, low noise voltage reference. This voltage reference uses an innovative core topology to achieve high accuracy while offering industry-leading temperature stability and noise performance. The low, thermally induced output voltage hysteresis and low long-term output voltage drift of the device also improve system accuracy over time and temperature variations. A maximum operating current of 950μA and a maximum low dropout voltage of 300mV allow the devices to function very well in portable equipment. Applications include precision data acquisition systems, high resolution data converters, high precision measurement devices, industrial instrumentation, medical devices, automotive battery monitoring.
- Input voltage range from 3V to 15V, output voltage is 2.5V typical at (TA = 25°C)
- Initial output voltage error is ±0.02% maximum at (TA = 25°C)
- Load regulation is 30ppm/mA typical at (IL = 0mA to +10mA source, -40°C ≤ TA ≤ +125°C)
- Quiescent current is 700μA typical at (-40°C ≤ TA ≤ +125°C, no load)
- Dropout voltage is 500mV maximum at (-40°C ≤ TA ≤ +125°C, no load)
- Ripple rejection ratio is 90dB typical at (IN = 1KHz, TA = 25°C)
- Output voltage noise is 1.25μV p-p typical at (0.1Hz to 10.0Hz, TA = 25°C)
- Turn on settling time is 125µs typical at (COUT = 1µF, CIN = 0.1µF, RLOAD = 1Kohm, TA = 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
