MCP6V92-E/MS is a dual, zero-drift operational amplifier that provides input offset voltage correction for very low offset and offset drift. It features unity-gain stable, have virtually no 1/f noise and has good power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) and common mode rejection ratio (CMRR). It has enhanced EMI protection to minimize any electromagnetic interference from external sources. This feature makes it well suited for EMI-sensitive applications such as power lines, radio stations and mobile communications, etc. Typical application includes portable instrumentation, sensor conditioning, temperature measurement, DC offset correction, medical instrumentation.
- Input offset voltage drift with temperature is -30 to 30nV/°C (TA = -40-125°C, VDD = +2.4 to +5.5V)
- DC open-loop gain (large signal) is 126dB min (VDD = 5.5V, VOUT = 0.3 to 5.3V, TA = +25°C)
- Power supply rejection ratio is 137dB typ (TA = +25°C, VDD = +2.4V to +5.5V)
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 132dB typ (VDD = 2.4V, VCM = -0.2 to 2.7V, TA = +25°C)
- Input noise voltage is 0.08µVP-P typ (f = 0.01Hz to 1Hz, TA = +25°C, VDD = +2.4V to +5.5V)
- Quiescent current per amplifier is 1.1mA typ (IO = 0, TA = +25°C, VDD = +2.4V to +5.5V)
- Rail-to-rail input/output, unity gain stable
- Gain bandwidth product is 10MHz typ (TA = +25°C, VDD = +2.4V to +5.5V, VSS = GND)
