MCP6002-E/MS is a low-power, dual operational amplifier. It is specifically designed for general purpose applications. Additionally, the supports rail-to-rail input and output swing, with a common-mode input voltage range of VDD + 300mV to VSS – 300mV. This family of op-amps is designed with Microchip’s advanced CMOS process. Application includes automotive, portable equipment, photodiode amplifier, analogue filters, notebooks and PDAs, battery-powered systems.

- Supply voltage range from 1.8 to 6.0V (TA = +25°C, VSS = GND)
- Quiescent current per amplifier is 100µA typ (IO = 0, VDD = 5.5V, VCM = 5V, TA = +25°C)
- Phase margin is 90° typ (G = +1 V/V, TA = +25°C, VDD = +1.8 to 5.5V, VSS = GND)
- Input offset voltage range from -4.5 to +4.5mV (VCM = VSS, TA = +25°C, VDD = 1.8 to 5.5V, VSS = GND)
- Power supply rejection ratio is 86dB typ (VCM = VSS, TA = +25°C, VDD = +1.8V to +5.5V, VSS = GND)
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 76dB typ (VCM = -0.3V to 5.3V, VDD = 5V, TA = +25°C)
- Slew rate is 0.6V/µs typ (TA = +25°C, VDD = +1.8 to 5.5V, VSS = GND)
