The STTH12R06D is a Turbo 2 ultrafast High Voltage Rectifier features low reverse recovery current, low thermal resistance and reduces switching losses. It uses ST Turbo 2 600V technology and is specially suited as a boost diode in continuous mode power factor corrections and hard switching conditions.
