TSZ182IQ2T is a very high accuracy (25uV) zero drift 5V CMOS op-amp. It is a dual-operational amplifier featuring very low offset voltages with virtually zero drift versus temperature changes. It offers rail-to-rail input and output, excellent speed/power consumption ratio, and 2.3MHz gain bandwidth product, while consuming just 1mA at 5V. This device also features an ultra-low input bias current. These features make the device ideal for high-accuracy high-bandwidth sensor interfaces. It is used in applications such as high accuracy signal conditioning, automotive current measurement and sensor signal conditioning, medical instrumentation.
- Rail-to-rail input and output, low supply voltage range from 2.2V to 5.5V
- Low power consumption is 1mA maximum at 5V
- Gain bandwidth product is 2.3MHz typical at (T = 25°C, RL = 10Kohm, CL = 100pF)
- Higher accuracy without calibration, accuracy virtually unaffected by temperature change
- Input offset voltage is 3.5µV typical at (T = 25°C)
- Input bias current is 30pA typical at (T = 25°C)
- Slew rate is 4.6V/µs typical at (T = 25°C)
- Settling time is 500ns typical at (0.1%, Vin = 0.8 Vpp)
- Voltage noise is 0.6µVpp typical at (f = 0.1 to 10Hz)
