The AT89C51AC3-S3SUM is a high-performance 8-bit single-chip Flash Microcontroller. In X2 mode a maximum external clock rate of 20MHz reaches a 300ns cycle time. Besides the AT89C51AC3 provides 64kB of flash memory including In-system programming (ISP) and IAP, 2kB boot flash memory, 2kB EEPROM and 2048B ERAM.

- 21-bit Watchdog timer (7 Programmable bits)
