88 02 180 is a KNIPEX Alligator® water pump plier. It has more output and comfort compared to conventional water pump pliers of the same length. This device offers 9 adjustment positions for 30% more gripping capacity. It has good access to the workpiece due to the slim size of the head and joint area. It has self-locking on pipes and nuts means no slipping off the workpiece and low hand force required. This device has gripping surfaces with special hardened teeth, teeth hardness (approx. 61 HRC): low wear, and reliable gripping.
