HMC5805ALS6TR

HMC5805ALS6TR is a GaAs pHEMT MMIC distributed power amplifier that operates between DC and 40GHz. This amplifier provides 11.5dB of gain, 29dBm output IP3 and +24dBm of output power at 1dB gain compression while requiring 175mA from a +10V supply. The HMC5805ALS6 is ideal for EW, ECM, Radar and test equipment applications. Applications include test instrumentation, microwave radio & VSAT, military & space, telecom infrastructure, fibre optics.
