6E24-N4-10PPM is an UltraVolt® E series precision high voltage regulated DC-DC supply designed for high-performance applications where low ripple and stable performance over temperature are essential. It has very low ripple, excellent linearity, and very stable temperature characteristics. Suitable for bias supplies, mass spectrometry, SEM/FIB, electron beams and ion beams applications.
- 24V input voltage, 0 to 6000VDC output voltage, negative output polarity, 4W output power
- 10ppm line/load regulation, stability, temperature coefficient and negative output polarity
- Voltage and current regulation/limit capability
- Precision output voltage and current monitors
- High voltage output controlled using differential analogue inputs
- Better measure repeatability, resolution, and longer-term tool reliability
- Obtain more consistent high voltage performance in varying ambient temp and line loading conditions
- Enhance high voltage output performance by minimizing control signal noise and drift
- Simplify integration with more responsive control of high voltage module performance
- Speed up both electrical and mechanical integration tasks
