1M12-N0.5 is a miniature, micro-sized, ultravolt M series high voltage biasing supply ideal for biasing applications where clearance height is limited. It features low output ripple, temperature coefficient, and line regulation (Analog interface with integral voltage control and voltage/current monitors), integrated reverse input polarity, short-circuit/arc, and overcurrent protection. Suitable for bias supplies, electrostatic chucks, hand held x-ray florescence (XRF), avalanche photo diodes (APD, photomultiplier tubes (PMT), silicon detector (SiD), X-ray flat panel detector (FPD) and ionization chamber detector applications.
- 12V DC nominal input voltage
- Negative output polarity
- 0.5W output power
- 0 to 1000VDC output voltage and self-restoring output voltage
- Less than 12.7mm (0.5") high, ideal for low-profile applications
- Low cost, lightweight, PCB-mountable package
- Tight line/load regulation, increase power subsystem robustness and reliability
- Design power subsystems around product needs - not high voltage module constraints
- Achieve higher precision than proportional-control high voltage supplies
- Enhance application performance through responsive control of high voltage output
