The MAX4265ESA+ is an ultra low distortion, +5V, single op-amp with disable function in 8 pin NSOIC package. This voltage feedback op-amp is capable of driving 100 ohm load while maintaining ultra low distortion over a wide bandwidth. It offers superior spurious free dynamic range (SFDR) performance of -90dBc at 5MHz The input voltage noise density is 8nV/√Hz while operating from single 4.5V to 8V supply or from dual ±2.25V to ±4V supplies. These features make the MAX4265 ideal for use in high performance applications that require low distortion and wide bandwidth. For additional power savings, this amplifier has low power disable mode that reduces supply current and places outputs in a high impedance state. It is used in base station amplifiers, IF amplifiers, high frequency ADC drivers, high speed DAC buffers and RF telecom applications.
- Input bias current of 3.5μA and input offset current of 0.1μA
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Unity gain stable and 35dBm IP3 (fC = 20MHz)
- PSRR of 85dB (VCC=4.5V to 8V), open loop voltage gain of 95dB (1.75V ≤ VOUT ≤ 3.25V) & CMRR of 85dB
- Voltage noise density of 8nV/√Hz and output driving capability of ±45mA
- 900V/μs slew rate and 400MHz -3dB bandwidth
- Quiescent supply current (per amplifier) of 28mA in normal mode and 1.6mA in disable mode
- Disable mode places outputs in high impedance state
- Full power bandwidth of 270MHz, 80MHz 0.1dB gain flatness and 15ns settling time (0.1%)
- Input offset voltage of 1mV and input offset voltage drift of 1.5μV/°C
