Produktbeschreibung
Fixing to drylined walls has long been problematic. Corefix provides a reliable solution for fixing heavy items to plasterboard supported on battens or dot and dab, or similar substrates. In drylined wall construction the plasterboard is selectively supported, resulting in a void behind the majority of the plasterboard. A conventional expansion plug and screw or frame fixing will typically impart a compressive point load which can deflect or crush the plasterboard into the void. Corefix prevents this issue by transferring the load directly to the solid masonry by way of the steel insert.
- Dot and dab wall fixing solution suitable for all types of brick and block
- Suitable for deeper fixtures of up to 30mm thickness. Supplied with 120mm screws
- Heavy Duty steel reinforced fixing tested to 250kg
- 100kg Safe working load based on 4 x Corefix fixings (drylined wall with concrete blocks behind)
- Installation with standard tools only: 10mm diameter drill, hammer and screwdriver
- No crushing of the plasterboard into the void
- Suitable for wall mounted TVs, Cabinets, Boilers, Radiators, Shelving, Sinks, Toilets, Pictures and Curtain Poles
