LTC6247 is a single channel, low power, high speed unity gain stable rail-to-rail input/output operational amplifier. The combination of high bandwidth, high slew rate, low power consumption and low broadband noise makes this amplifier unique among rail-to-rail input/output op-amp with similar supply currents. It is ideal for lower supply voltage high speed signal conditioning systems. It can be used as a plug-in replacement for many commercially available op amps to reduce power or to improve input/output range and performance. It is used in applications such as low voltage, high frequency signal processing, driving A/D converters, rail-to-rail buffer amplifiers, active filters, video amplifiers, fast current sensing amplifiers, battery powered equipment.
- Gain-bandwidth product is 180MHz typical at (f = 2MHz, RL = 1K to half supply)
- 120MHz typical -3dB closed loop bandwidth, fast output recovery
- Supply current per amplifier is 1mA max at (VCM = half supply, TA = 25°C)
- Slew rate is 90V/µs typical at (AV = -3.33, 4.6V step, TA = 25°C)
- Input common mode range includes both rails, output swings rail-to-rail
- Input noise voltage density is 4.2nV/√Hz typical at (f = 100KHz, TA = 25°C)
- Supply voltage range from 2.5V to 5.25V, CMRR is 110dB typ at (VCM = 0V to 3.5V)
- Large signal voltage gain is 45V/mV typical at (RL = 1K to half supply, TA = 25°C)
- Operating temperature is -40°C to 125°C
- Package style is 8-lead plastic TSOT-23
