Produktbeschreibung

The EBVW020A0B41-PHZ is a DC/DC Power Module designed to support 9.6 to 12VDC intermediate bus applications where multiple low voltages are subsequently generated using point of load converters, as well as other application requiring a tightly regulated output voltage. The device provides up to 20A output current at output voltages from 6 to 12VDC and 240W output power from output voltages of 12.1 to 13.2VDC. The converter incorporates digital control, synchronous rectification technology and innovative techniques to achieve efficiency reaching 95.4% peak at 12VDC output. This leads to lower power dissipations such that for many applications a heat-sink is not required. Standard features include ON/OFF control, output overcurrent and over voltage protection, overtemperature protection, input under and overvoltage lockout. Optional features include output voltage remote sense and trim from 6 to 13.2VDC, passive droop paralleling and base plate for heat-sink or cold wall applications.
